Aspie women
Do women with Asperger's syndrome have similar demands and expectations for men?
To be more precise, do aspie women expect a guy to put everything on halt for her when she needs attention?
Do they have those gender based expectations? Like paying for dinner, always texting back promptly, not check out other women.... Etc
Any differences in sexual demands? Or is that kinda thing more personal than nt/as ?
How would not having money or a job affect the aspie women opinions on here?
What do some of the women on here looking for in a guy? How important are looks to you, how concerned are you about your looks?

Also how much time would you expect your boyfriend to spend with you? This kinda thing less important with as women? Do as women need more alone time?

yes to all of it, women are women. being aspie doesn't make them different in these matters, they just struggle socially like aspie men.
some do some dont'
pleanty of the women here say the same things about men and money. some don't.
some say looks don't matter others say they do.
really just treat them like people. don't you want to be treated like a person not an aspie. yes you have to acknowledge some will have problems that nts might not. they'll more likely to be touch sensitive, also hearing or light sensitive is possible too.
the stuff you listed depends more on how they were raised, and the culture they were raised in. there's aspies that care about how a woman looks, ie must be skinny. i was raised by women. so I don't. I'm also sensitive, submissive and weaker then most men. I was probably born partly this way. but the lack fo a strong manly man to make me man up and do male stuff didn't help. instead I grew up doing female things, being told to be respectful to women, to not see women for their bodies, etc.
are you sure shes an aspie is she diagnosed?
ethier way these issues aren't an aspie thing but aspies can do them. its a people thing

Just like NT women, we are all different and have our own little brains and personalities! What a concept huh? While some of us like some of the things you listed and others dislike some of them, we will all probably agree that we don't like to be lumped into one category like a breed of freakin' dog and have a guy ask about our personality traits before he decides to get one of us or not.

confused asking about ones personality traits is bad?
everyone has different traits. so for compatibility wouldn't it be good to ask.

Considering that we don't all have the same personality traits, yes it's bad. It's like lumping us all together like a dog breed or some kind of smart monkey. How would you like it if some girl thought you and every other aspie guy out there were so alike that they could just ask how aspie guys are in general? It's not very nice to do. The way he phrased it pissed me off. If he wants to rephrase it and ask again, and he doesn't make it sound like he's considering buying a terrier, then I will probably refrain from yelling at him.
