Should I date her cause of lust when she's moved?

I'm 16, and there's this 14 year old girl who was my childhood friend.... she moved away 3 1/2 years ago, and I last saw her 2 years ago..... While she lived here in Atlanta, we eventually grew apart... I've been lusting after her ever since the 5th grade, and I was hoping that when I get older, I could court her, but I'm worried I can't because most of what I've felt for her (but not at first) was lust, and because she lives all the way in Texas..... should I wait for her, when I hardly know her, and I mostly just lust after her? casual sex is not an option, since she's Muslim, also, considering the close-knit nature of our religious community, contacting her for courtship would actually not be that hard at all....

There is nothing wrong with getting to know her but you should wait until she is a consensual age. Long distance relationships can be difficult at that age if neither of you have the means to see each other financially or physically on a regular basis.
