In my world if they chicken out they are not ready. Although if they are lucky, the other person will see this and he/she will be patient.

If you chicken out, clearly you aren’t ready. When you are ready, you won’t chicken out. It most likely won’t be with the same person.

We live, and we learn.....

I was pretty much "not a chicken" by the time of my 18th birthday.
