Ring on middle finger, does it mean anything?

Okay I noticed today that a woman that I am interested in asking out wears a little ring on her middle finger. I am pretty sure that only on the ring finger is marriage... and I am almost positive she isn't married... but I am unsure about everything lol so does such a ring mean anything or is it just there because she isn't married and wants to make a fashion statement :-/

From what I read, it means nothing. It's just a ring that a woman owns.

Okay cool... why does she have such weird settings on her Facebook page... would be nice to just ask her out on there :-/ lol

It's probably better if you ask her out in person, if you could.

I know... but we work together at a school and never see each other outside of there... so easier said then done. There are other complications too *sighs* lol
