Regarding the first 3 things: Stay away from outgoing extroverts! They are the ones most likely to have the characteristics you mentioned. #1 is called being pretentious.

Not ALL outgoing extroverts are annoying. Valerie Perez is outgoing and she's a sweetheart.

Those are 5 characteristics that no would want in any partner, this shouldn't be gender specific.
