I used it. Most all of the women on there were looking for a guy who's independent & mentioned something about it on their profiles so i didn't have any luck at all but I did find their forum helpful; I'm not sure if they still have the forum thou. I think you might have much better odds on there than a dependent guy would so I don't see the harm in trying.

i don't think it's possible to "like" any dating sites but i think it holds true that you really need a thick skin and persistence whilst using them.
you're looking for that one person in a sea (pun intended) of weirdos and potential time wasters.

my suggestion would be to stay at it but not to the exclusion of other avenues (friends of friends/interest groups etc) - and yes i've used it... i met my other half on POF.
