You might begin by learning to use punctuation so that people can make some sense of your posts.

This thread's first response is very motivational when it comes to seek for an autistic gf.....

It is, Vivi, especially for a newcomer venting user.

Good point I didn't check the post count.

Welcome Scorpio1983 ignore all our banter ;)

I'm not from NYC so I wouldn't know, but there must be groups you can attend in the area for people with autism? I am sure someone from NYC might have a better idea for you, there are some people on here from NYC.

You don't want to go after those that are diagnosed (autistic girls are underdiagnosed) for the same reason nerds don't want to go after other nerds (there are few nerdy girls, but many "artsy" girls). That's unless you are very attractive or something so you can compete even when there is a gender imbalance.

Instead, you want to go after neurodiverse girls, and they are just as common as neurodiverse guys. You just need to learn to identify them in society, or find places where they are more likely to hang out on.

Thankfully, not all autistic girls are grammar freaks.

I tried to post a reply and it was rejected so hopefully I don't end up double-posting.

Assuming you're a scorpio born in 1983, you're a good age/star sign match for me. But I live almost 17000kms from NYC. So I can't help and/or date you. At least you have plenty of options because you live in a city with a large population.

Some here will probably advise against it...but it may not hurt to try a dating site like okcupid. I met my boyfriend there and have high functioning autism, I mean sure there's a lot of more normal/average people or those who more fit in with society on them but there are still some alternative types of people, you just have to look for them.
