Im not for witty first lines . I usually run out of things to say after asking about their hobbies what else can i ask to get them interested and meet in person

Talk about stuff from their profiles and then when you run out of that stuff to talk about and they seem interesting, ask them out. No need to beat around the bush too much about it. Also, look for how engaged they are in the conversation. If they are giving one or two word answers and not asking any questions of their own, then they are not interested and just being polite.

Remember: There are 3.5 billion men and 3.5 billion women on this planet. No need to beat yourself up if someone isn't interested. There are literally BILLIONS of "fish in the sea".

Talk about accounting LOL

Most people love to talk about themselves. So ask questions, show interest in what they say, compliment them about their achievements and ask more questions.

And if nothing helps than start talking about accounting

Music is a good topic.
Often it can be good to let the woman do most of the talking (from a straight males perspective), with a bit of encouragement.
Have your phone handy, play some music that you enjoy that see seems interested in.
If you are a writer, let her read a sample.
Show her some pictures of something you found interesting.
Try to find some common ground that you can have a good conversation about.
