any female that would accept a guy that have zero social skills. anxiety, no friends and is extremly ugly and lives on welfare money? nope. as my title says, there is not someone for everyone, so why does people keep saying that? what is it with all this lies that "someone will accept you for who you are"? Where is the scienfitc fact that there is someone for everyone? Why are so many guys dying as virgin even thought they gave a effort?

i dont see the point of even trying. only having 1 flaw makes females going "ewwww", but i have 50. even if a female accepts some of my flaws, she will not accept when she finds out about the others. she knows she can get a better guy. she only live once, why would she waste it on a guy like me.

and what do people mean with love? its looks and social status. if love exists, then where is the love for all the lonely people.

There are actually women in the same boat, who can't find anyone either.

I know a girl in who 20s who won't find anyone--she has a very low IQ and can't even do volunteer work because she bites. Yes, she bites people. I also know I guy who refused to have a relationship because he knew he wouldn't live very long due to a genetic disorder. Though his church group tried to find him an older gal because he was very sweet guy.

On the other hand, there are also people who are worse off than you who manage to get together. I know a guy who has severe bipolar disorder that hooked up with a girl that has cerebral palsy.

Much to my surprise, there is not much demand for a 60+YO, unemployed, slightly autistic hermit.

Unless there's a 60-plus, slightly autistic hermit-woman nearby.

I have learnt that being in a romantic relationship with someone can have a pernicious effect on my state of mind. My ex and I have nothing in common yet I always long to reconcile our relationship. I fear that she is my only hope of ever being with someone.

The whole "someone for everyone" thing is a total myth. Even if you do find someone who you get along with, people change over time and drift apart. For me, I am trying to learn to be okay being alone.

Don't worry, there's ugly and horrible couples everywhere, especially in Basildon and Southend!

Perhaps the most famous example is Temple Grandin. Back in her day the idea of her having a relationship was simply ridiculous. I'm sure her family was delighted at meeting the more modest goal of having a job and living independently. Back then, families were worried about institutionalization.

It is just a cliche but it's not always true.

It is true for the majority.

^ Are there any statistics on that?

What percentage of the population remains single?

^ I have no idea where to seek such stats.

but from a mere observation of people of my age, it is so obvious they're the minority.

Truthfully, does anyone actually know any pensioner's that have never been in a relationship?

I can't think of any. So, you never know...

Statistical impossibility proven over and over again.

That must mean single women your age are in the minority.

People keep telling me to just get out there are meet people, so I do. And I find women my age who are not single.

By 30 most of them have paired up.

You mean old age pensioners? Maybe none of them live that long :skull:

^ but men also die younger than women, so if you wait long enough (and keep alive long enough) there will be more unattached women to choose from.
