I am heavily involved in community theatre, and for 2 months I became friendly with this one girl was acting in this play that I was looking after props for. It wasn't until after our last meeting 2 moths ago that I finally found her myspace. i noticed we have a lot of common interests, I was blown away!! I've also read her public myspace blog, and while I don't think she has AS necessarily, she also hasn't had many opposite gender experiences aither and also feels alone. So, I've been trying to PM with her on Myspace, but it hasn't gotten anywhere past small talk. AND I don't know the next time I'll be able to see her in person again! To those males diagnosed with AS who have managed to obtain their soulmate and keep her for a long, long time, how can I take this as-yet platonic thing to the next level? We both seem to need to find our guardian angels, and I feel if we could be together, we would make each pther very, very happy. I'm willing to stay friends with her for a while at first, just as long as I can be with her.

p.s. I'm especially desperate because her latest blog entry says that someone in another state is interested in her.

I agree with calendale's first sentence. You need to try to get her to warm up to her to the fullest extent. For that other guy, there's only so much that the Internet can do for you in such a case. Try to get to know her more; and she, you.
