So I'm at the mall shopping for my son, and since I don't have the motor skills to wrap presents, I'm waiting for them to be wrapped at the mall. While shopping, I bumped into a lady I've talked to on several occasions before and she always went out of her way to talk to me.

I haven't seen her for awhile and regretted not asking her out. Today she virtually moved in front of me to say hi. Now I'm trying to psych myself up to ask her out. Trouble is, it's her place of work. I think I can get around that by putting my name and number on a card and telling her no pressure, call or text me if you want to go out for dinner. The scary part is she might say yes....or no.

Just ask her out. Worst that can happen is you will need to get your presents wrapped elsewhere. :P

What do you have to lose? Give it a shot.

Do it and be proud you have the guts. Aspie or not, some people never work up the courage to do that sort of thing

Worst case scenario, she says yes and you have to figure out how to show her a good time

Yes go for it - she may be secretly hoping you will.
This is so exciting.
Please let us know how you are doing with this.
I might burst if you don't.
