At the bar not long ago this girl i in my social group started grinding against me. One of her friends then came over and said too her “hey leave him alone”. A few seconds later some of my friends started talking too the girl and then she left me alone.

My friends know I have autism but do you think they were trying too prevent my participation in a sexual relationship with that girl because I am on the spectrum?

The girl who flirted with me is a single mother too 2 boys.

They were probably trying to protect you.

Or maybe they were trying to protect her, because she was drunk----and not because of you. Just in general.

In other words, they might have been protecting her from any man while she was in a drunken state.

Were they trying too stop you from being with that girl?

It sure looks that way.

Maybe you need a new social group.

I know it’s the neurotypical fear of an aspie passing down there condition too someone else.

She was grinding against loads of other guys that evening although she was doing a bit more intimate with me.

Asperger's is not a condition which can be "passed" automatically to babies.

An NT often gives birth to a person with Asperger's. A person with Asperger's often give birth to NT's.

Have you tried asking them why?

Yes, and they thought you wouldn’t notice it. You read it right Jamse.

This was a subtle form of ableism.

My guess from this is that Jamesy was the one being protected, but until he asks he\we will never know.

She was probably drunk, and her friends were trying to keep her out of trouble.

Seriously ask them: they may have used your Autism to put her off, but I'm more inclined to think they have her down as a bad'un and were protecting you from her.

If you still feel like you have missed out on true love: just how many do you mean by the "loads" that she had been grinding before you?

Always a chance I could be right though.

Even if I asked my friends they would probably deny it or come up with some BS story
