How do I stop panicking?

The best advice I can give is to keep engaging with therapy. A lot of people make the mistake of holding back with their therapist because some stuff is hard to articulate or you don't want to talk about the real issue.
In my experience, when you fully open up to your therapist and be totally honest with them the dominoes in your head start to fall.
