I’m 49, I can be very mentally young for my age. I’m on a dating site, I now picking men in their 40s, my ex-boyfriend is 43. Is 36 too young? I don’t know about them if 49 is old for them, but I don’t want any guy that is 29 or 32.

Age doesn't matter too much if you can connect with the person my wife is 10 years younger then me. As a NT guy who is married to a AS women. I don't think I was mature enough to overlook the difficulties AS brings to a relationship and see the positives it brings till my early 30 to mid 30s

I was married to someone 22 years younger and almost married someone 10 years older. Age is a number. How old you act and how old they act (and how you get along) is what counts.

FWIW my rule of thumb is nobody under about 40-45 gets considered these days. For you, maybe that would translate to about 40. I'm 10 years older than you are, but males take longer to act like adults than females. :)

I was talking about pictures of younger guys, you cannot know if you connect without talking to each other.
