I’ve gotten a lot of compliments from guys lately. I may have to get glasses and I’m worried I’ll be less attractive with glasses.

This is my face but I’m worried glasses will look horrible on me and I’ll get less compliments. My confidence would go way down.

I am a girl (woman nowadays) with glasses. I wore glasses since I was 13. I think I look better with them.

Do you have someone friendly and honest to help you choose the frames suiting your face?

As we get older more and more of us wear them. I only wear them half the time, when driving or when walking around the office. I don't wear them at home or at the computer.

So yeah, why not...?

I wear glasses myself and find them quite aesthetically pleasing. So, yes, I would.

I’ve thought about trying on non-prescription glasses until I find ones that suit my style.

The answer to your question: I would, why not? There are so many parameters to look for in terms of whom I would date, that glasses are the least of my worries. I have been settling on girls that didn't have the kind of education that I wish they did, that were obese, that disagreed with my faith, or whose personalities clashed with mine. Glasses or no glasses is nothing compared to that.

However, I would recommend going without glasses for entirely different reason. It would help your vision not get worse, or might even help it improve. My vision is -2.5 and I never got glasses. I been this way for the past 20 years and I am doing just fine. I got used to not being able to see everything and have my mind fill in some blanks.

If worn by a somewhat shy woman, it can give an aura of "lovable nerd". If worn by a somewhat forthright woman, it can give an aura of authority and attractive dominance. So yes, no problem dating a woman with glasses.

A lot of guys do, myself included.
But they need to be the right sort.

3 On an aesthetic level, glasses look good because they make people look smart. Because in the olden days the only time someone would get glasses is if they needed to read a lot. And nowadays that's subconsciously in our minds. Reading = smart = hot.

Even horned-rimmed glasses look good on women! ❤️
