Is this a good sign?

The guy I've been seeing commented the previous time, he saw me that he kind of wanted to kiss me but was scared to do anything. We're both introverts, so things have already been kind of slow to start with us. He did try to invite me to a party, so that I can meet his parents which I work that day so ain't available. He put his arm around me and let me lay my head on his shoulder, last time we hung out and hugged me goodbye for the first time. We were trying to figure out when we could hang out the next week, which he commented he wants to see me much as he can. He commented he was disappointed when a change in his work schedule, changed our plans.

I think this has passed what can be considered a "sign", and crossed over into the realm of "actionable intel".

Next time he "kind of wants to kiss you", suggest he try it.
