I don’t know who’s doing this, but whoever it is is proof that evolution is real.

He’s randomly proposing marriage rather than just a “good time”.

Did he propose to the police too?

He should try Mail-Order brides.

He would likely need a bit of money & resources to be successful. The fact that he propositioned the women for sex rite after makes me think he was wanting sex & was not very serious about the marriage part. If he was just majorly looking for a serious relationship & the sex part was more of an afterthought, I would say he could try to look for women who were down on their luck & needing a place to stay for a while assuming he had his own place. That was suggested to me more than a few times when I was single & looking & complaining about not having luck. I didn't have my own place thou. But I did see that work for a disabled guy on a forum I used.
