Is autism related to dominating sex in this sense?

I hooked up with this woman but had trouble getting aroused by her because I felt I needed her to be more dominating and aggressive. I just explained this to her when she asked why I was having trouble during sex. After I told her that, she then asked if I was autistic and I said yes. She then said that explains it and autistic guys are into that normally in her experience.

But I never heard of autistic guys being into that in my research, but she was going by her experience or so she says. Is she right possibly though, and being into that kind of sex is an autistic preference?

I wonder if that girl was just assuming those guys had autism. From what I've seen on this forum & from sites where NTs hate on autistics, there is a lot of contusion & misunderstanding over what autism is. For example some people assume that narcissists & major abusers are autistic because they lack empathy  I think us autsitics are less likely to be dominating & aggressive than our NT peers. It is common for us autistic guys to be insecure about our performance partly due to us being inexperienced in that area or feeling like we are compared to our peers.

Maybe just presuming but I'm just speculating. I'm interested in hearing others opinions

I’m autistic. I’m not into dominant types of women......

Women tend not to dig men who want to be dominated....but there certainly are a lot of exceptions.

I've had both in terms of autistic guys and I've also played both roles as I tend to adapt to the role needed to be taken on by me. So although I don't think it's related per se it was more common for me taking the lead in the majority autistic guys. I guess its down to life experiances

I'm autistic and I tend to attract women who want a sexually dominant partner. I'm fine with that.

I’m not “dominant.”

It’s more like I’m “assertive”

I don’t like domineering women....and I don’t dig being an aggressive type.

It isn't mine.
Mutual consideration is what I am interested in.

I have always struggled in any lead role, I might fit this. I had a aggressive girlfriend, who was great sexually, but we had our issues on everything else.

I had a thought that certain people tend to attract or chose partners with certain characteristics. It's possible that the guys she attracts or chooses to be with tend to be dominating & aggressive. As the saying goes, consider the source. Her experience is just her experience & one person's experience is way to small a sample size to draw any conclusions about autistics as a whole group. From what I've seen on this forum, us autistics tend to vary more with extremes compared to NTs when it comes to sexual stuff. There can be major differences with sexual preferences & other sexual stuff between two different autistics

I am not sure just what is meant by dominating and aggressive. In the abstract, it sounds great!
