Subatai walks in, contemplates teasing AussieScot for not posting this in the dating section, but instead taking up space on the front page. He then remembers that such actions would probably be seen as somewhat unscrupulous, and that his location of Tampa, Florida would make the argument fairly unconvincing anyway. He proceeds to walk out.

OMG!
you know, a Scottish Australian has got to be the most exotic erotic combination on the planet! (*strictly by my own standards, you understand!) You guys might be as usual as sea water and as common as dirt where you are, but here in The States, you ROCK! I used to listen to an Aussie band that incorporated bagpipes into a good rock sound and I have to tell you, it was just what the doctor ordered for this female Aspie!

However, I am, unfortunately not your potential lady love, AussieScot. I have never been west of Kauai and am probably old enough to be your grandmother (oof. . .probably didn't need THAT visual!) anyway, I wish you the best, AssieScott!

If everyone who wanted a date posted a seperate topic, this place would be flooded. The Eligible Odd Bods section is there for a reason.

Ah, I see. But, that would lessen our fun
of noting how these threads don't work,
n'est ce pas?

Good chance I'll be heading for the
Catskills area, towards the end of
August. Assuming I don't find a job
through some miracle.

Whereabouts in NY are you?

Yeah, but with so many people looking for someone to date, our posts in the EOBs thread tend to get buried underneath other posts.

Sinsboldly, was that AC/DC? They used bagpipes in some songs, especially "It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock & Roll)".
