Hi:
I got my boyfriend out of his comfort zone by getting him to go out to lunch yesterday and then spend some time out together. I learned a few things

1. Though I have always been comfortable going out to a restaurant with friends, family, acquaintance, I learned that the scenery feels very different and sometime awkward at first but then I eventually relaxed and calm down.

2. Thought it's fun to exchange gifts, flowers, etc. I learned that going on a date V-day is very overrated. Though we had a wonderful time, I didn't really see anything that stood out because it was V-Day. Actually, I saw lots of other people who were not couples who went out.

A. Friends
B. Father-Daughter, which was funny

What I found is that it works better if you've two dined together before outside of a formal date.
