And I think it's because he's talking about his own experiences rather than being a therapist telling us about hypothetical things.

He's pretty honest about what went wrong in his relationship and what he did to fix it.

Only problem is I am a woman and his content is directed at other men. But I do relate to not being open with people and finding it hard to get to know potential partners.

He has a few videos if you are interested and like his style. He's just a guy telling it like it is, no airs and graces.
