Chatted up last night

Last night i was in a bar and this woman was chatting me up but i tried to keep my distance because i am to emotionally fragile to establish a relationshiop.

Never the less do you think i should have jumped at the chance to ask her on a date since i have never really had a proper/long term girlfriend.

It depends on what you want. For all you know she could have been interested in short-term dating, not a relationship, and perhaps you might have wanted that?

Either way, you should be quick to take advantage of opportunities like that if you are interested. Women don't tend to keep themselves available forever.

It was a darkish bar and there was probably alcohol involved etc....

Well, I don't mean immediately, necessarily. You could of asked for her phone number or something and called her another day?

I am long term unemployed for mental health problems. She might not like that.

I meant if she found out about unemployment/your health issues, in the event you told her.

Yeah sure I liked her but I was slightly drunk at the time. To be honest I cannot really remember what we talked about but one of my female associates said “She likes you”

Nothing I think my associate just said “She likes you” thats it.
