I have a deep voice, even deeper than Lana Del Rey, but when I scream, I suddenly sound like Bernadette from TBBT. Dunno how´s that possible

Of course it is possible - People's vocal cords are similar to musical instruments' strings.
When you are relaxed, your voice goes deeper, like an unwound string. When you scream, your vocal cords tighten up and produce a high pitch, like a strongly wound string.
It is as simple as that!
