What am I to do when I go to a tech school with a male:female ratio of 4:1 (I'm male and heterosexual, by the way...)

Ah, but going out with people you go to college with is a bad move anyway. You break up and it makes your classes Very Awkward Indeed.

Umm, maybe you could get a job as technical support in a company with a better male/female ratio?

Be aggressive and get to those girls before other the other guys do. If that fails, I'm sure there are plenty of girls outside of your school to approach.

Ok, that answer was easy...

Onto level 2: I am adding the parameters of the fact that the only places I ever go to are school, church, and home (school and church activities take up the majority of my free time), and there's no college-age women (only 4 people age 18-30, all men) that are active in my church.

Also, awkward doesnt bother me as much (although it may bother the woman in question alot); I ended up awkwardly asking a girl out back when i was 14, and while we are still friends, attraction still exists in some weird way, making our relationship very awkward indeed. The only thing that ended that was the fact that she went off to some college in vermont, while I stayed in nj.

Find the obvious Aspie girl there who ignores all the guys?

Or look for someone online?

huh, I work at a tech school and the ratio isn't that bad. Granted most the females are in nursing, and all the guys are elsewhere.

wait, wait, wait... Let me get this straight: You think you'll have time to court girls at a tech school?? Good luck with THAT!

Ha! Just kidding. (I hate people who give exaggerated ominous predictions about the stress of college.)
Seriously tho: As a 4th year mechanical engineering student, I predict you'll have to worry about your work load first, and your love life second, but I'm failing at both, so don't take my advice too seriously.

which is why I'm an IT student, not a mechanical engineering student...

This is why Writing lit majors have it all the best. We can seduce them with works.
