I'm a 26 year old guy. Last week at work I helped someone learn how to do something outside of her usual skillset, her job required it and it only took me about 5 mins of instruction over an IM window. When she was done, she said, "Wow, I can't believe it was so easy!! ! Just for that, I'll buy you lunch next week."

She's in her 30s and is single. Is this just a friendly thing or is she trying to pick me up? I can't tell, but it does seem kinda odd to me. If it is, I'm emphatically not interested in her as a potential partner and don't know how to proceed. Any thoughts?

Unless she outright suggests otherwise, just pretend it never crossed your mind that it could be anything other than a friendly business realtionship.
Just stay "business like" with her, it should be all good.

It could very well be just friendly. Single women especially will do friendly sorts of things like that without even thinking that it could be interpreted as a romantic gesture. It also might not be just friendly. Either way, Zghost's advice is good.

I'm sure it was a just a friendly gesture of appreciation. Buying someone lunch is a common way of thanking a person in a work environment.
