Well i went to dinner with a girl, all be it as a friend but still for an aspie it's a step in the right direction. This girl is older than me by a few months, and I had asked her out which she declined but hey for an aspie guy as shy around girls I am, it's awesome that a girl went with me to dinner.

That's all right. Maybe the next prospect will be the right girl for you. I hope the dinner date boosted your morale so you can keep looking for Ms. Right! :D

Just wondering, was the young lady in question NT?

Thanks. :) I'd say she is, an introvert of sorts but still NT. I would not say she has autism.
