What if when I look at Jessica Simpson I see a very mediocre face in terms of attraction?

to me the masks look sorta predatorial...i think..human...danger...must flee!!

While there is something to symmetry and geometry, I think the whole golden ratio idea has been overplayed and I don't think the evidence is that compelling for it. Of course fractals are involved in some organic structures but that doesn't mean the golden ratio is the be all and end all. One of the thing that some of the faces on the site suffer from is the 'uncanny valley' effect. In they are so symmetrical they look unreal. That is often due to cosmetic surgery.

Personally I like interesting shapes. So the golden ratio is a bit plain for my tastes.

Interesting topic too. I read about asymetry not too long ago. It's even found in the animal kingdom when they choose their mates.
