ok theres this girl at work... Named Heather
She currently has a BF, but i have one of her best friends (jamie) who also works there, advising me when would a good time to ask her out.
I no i really like her cause ive been liking her for 6 months...
if i let her know i like her:
Pros: she maybe unstable with BF and dump him for me (which she is a lot) if i ask her out, she might say yes
cons: she may "alienate" me and not talk anymore
not letting her no:
pro: ill wont be embarassed if she says no right away
cons: hard to hold it in

so what should i do?

Do NOT tell her you like her while she is in a relationship. Wait until she is free or you are going to start a war you won't win.
