Does having more testosterone cause the sexual urge to be stronger and more, well, urgent? That is, if a relationship is not available, you lust after and are willing to have sex with almost any reasonably attractive woman and will make efforts to approach her when spotted? Does this intense sexual frustration make someone more likely to make mistakes and do regrettable things? Or maybe it's testosterone combined with a stress hormone like cortisol.

Pretty much unrequitedly proven. You wouldn't find many doctors that would disagree. That is one of the reasons why they prescribe it.

Undoubtedly yes - it's nature at work. Completely normal for high testosterone individuals.
