If finding a mate, sex and intimacy is something that Mother Nature intended in the circle of life then why is it a complicated thing to achieve?

I'm a teenager, but my friend and I have discussed how we feel about sex: It seems nice at first, before you actually picture yourself doing it.

I can see myself having trouble with intimacy if it ever comes up, because I'm self-conscious and don't like to think of myself looking "weirder" than I already have. Of course, when I get to college, this may change, though my self-consciousness may not.

You'll change your mind. :D

I don't think it's that difficult for most people. Problem is that even though people do want a partner, there's a limit of what they're willing to give up for it. Most regular people would rather stay single than be with me, for example.
