I do have friends but I do like going places on my own also. I go shopping at the city centre quite a lot on my own when I'm feeling like having a wander round and chill out. I like not having to do what anyone else wants to do.
But going places with friends is just as fun. Even though I don't do it as often, I value the times when I do.

I'm a complete lone wolf. I'm by myself at all times. I go out alone, shop alone, even go on vacations alone. I for the most part always do things on my own. The only time I don't is if I'm with a family member once in a while.

Being a loner myself I would feel comfortable eating out alone but not going to a bar.

How many others do things like this?

I have no friends, but I do have acquaintances. I like to do things alone due to past and present unpleasant experiences with others.

I won't say I'm a real loner but I enjoy the freedom of being alone. Going to a bar is not really for me. I stick out like a sore thumb.

I don't much care for company, I'd rather be alone. The only time that it's a problem is dining out. I'm a huge foodie and few restaurants will accommodate single diners at peak hours. It's easy enough to eat alone at lunch but eating alone during the evening, particularly as a female, is highly problematic.

I have friends (or what I think are friends) but whnever I invite someone to the movies or anything they're always busy, have other plans or at the last minute say something came up and they can't go. When I do find company I end up regretting I ever invited that person, and think all the time that I'd have much more fun if I went alone.

I do have a bf but we are long distance. so i usually go everywhere along as I don't have any other friends.
when people ask me where I'm going, I said I'm going somewhere, they would ask "with who?" and I would say "just myself" and they would look at me with this pity look and say "awww that's lonely, what don't you find someone else to go with you" and I would have this thought coming out from my mind "why dont you nominate yourself"...

seriously, i dont mind going everywhere on my own, i enjoy the freedom most of the time, but i hate people asking...
and I hate when I'm alone in the restaurant and bumped into someone I know...they would ask "how come you're eating alone?" as if there's something wrong about dining alone.
