Hi all,

I am employed with the same company for over 20 years, and I've mostly worked with women. I find them easier to talk to then other men. In observing women in conversation, they usually keep the conversation going pretty well, with few lulls/gaps in the conversation.

When I am talking to other men, conversation is harder for me, and after a few miutes of talking, I normally run out of things to say.

Since I haven't had as much of a chance to observe men together, I have to ask - do they generally talk as long as women can without hitting a lull? Are my lulls with other guys coming from me being outside my comfort level (i addition to the social problems inherent with asperger's), or do NT men usually hit lulls after a few minutes as well?

Thanks,

Frito
