I've read this whole website before, and I found it quite amusing. The writing style is engaging and the psychology discussion is thoughtful and comprehensive. The sections on AS and NLVD didn't exist back then.

I've read the whole site front to back - best practical info I have found on how to overcome SAD - highly recommend it. Thanks to the guy who wrote it too - he has a nice writing style.

putting it into practice hmmm........after many months I can say i've tried a few things and it all works to a degree.....hard work though.

Listening more and thinking less about the next thing to say has helped me a lot - learned from reading his site.

on being less quite.....hard for me but I've tried the advice here to just say a bit more each time it's my turn in conversation....good advice there!
