Hi I'm a 27 year old female, diagnosed with Aspergers at age 24. I live in MN and I work part-time. I'm looking into career training this summer. I'm an animal lover and I also love books, movies, and music. I'm on here looking to make new friends and find people to really talk to. Not just trivial stuff like "what's your favorite food?" and "what kind of car do you drive?" I like open, honest, and intelligent conversations where friendly people really get to know each other. I don't get out as much as I would like to partly because of a lack of money, small social circle, anxiety and poor social skills. However I am an amazing friend one on one. I'm just not a partier. I've been taken advantage of and hurt by many people. That makes it hard for me to trust people and for me to trust you, you have to earn it. But that's how I think it should be with everyone. Trust is earned, not a given right. I'm very loyal and kind and compassionate and I don't just talk about myself. I will ask questions about you too and I hope you will do the same. I really am looking to make some new friends. I am not necessarily looking to meet anyone right now. And for whoever I end up talking to, that may not be even an option. You might be in another state. However I had a friend once that I talked to for two years over the internet and I ended up flying down to Texas to meet him. So you never know. Anyways, if you don't get out as much as you would like to and you find yourself lonely some of the time or even all of the time, I am looking to be your friend, because I know how you feel.
