Perhaps you could apply some kind of skin irritant to your member such that an erection becomes unbearably painful to sustain. Or simply gain a whole lot of weight so your gut hides it.

Wearing baggy clothes helps. If your shirt comes down far enough it's easy to hide.

I think the topic itself is fine here, the actual question deals with the social aspect of it, and nothing explicitly sexual (unlike some of the replies  ).

My advice is to NOT worry about it.

Males get erections. It is natural. Thay can happen at any moment. It's completely normal.

HOWEVER, erections shouldn't be shown to people unless that other person is OK with you doing so and that you are both over the age of 16.

We, the people on the Autistic Spectrum have a choice.
We can either try to "fit in" with the rest of society, or we can be so egocentric that we can't be bothered.
I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.
