I can't do the 11th but how about Saturday 25th June? Perhaps we can talk about short meets when we meet up - when/where works for people. Or we can arrange a regular meetup maybe? eg the third saturday of every month or something. But let's sort out this meet up first!

Is there anyone who wants to come who can't make it on the 25th June?

Hi 11th and 25th are OK for me.

Actually the concept of the short meets is it focuses on who can come rather than who can't. In order to reduce the time spent on sorting out dates. However probably best disuss how this may work in practice, in the next meet.

I guess that pushes us into July - unless people are free this Saturday, 4th June?

What dates in July can people do? I think my calender's free at the moment in July.

Given the problems with the dates, I think we should a meet up on 18th June (if enough people are free?) and another in July/early August for people not free in June. Otherwise we'll spend all the time messaging about meet up dates without actually meeting up! I haven't been helping though by not checking this thread regularly, sorry.

Would this be an afternoon or evening meetup? I could do the latter, but not the former as I'm working till quarter past five.

Previously we've met in the afternoon and some people tended to stick around till the evening, but I'm not sure about this time as we've got the museum to fit in and apparently it gets very busy in the afternoon. Do you work in London? We'll try and accommodate you. The short meet ups 0_equals_true proposed would prob be good for you.

Hi Kate, and everyone.

Did anyone attend the meetup on thr 18th? I couldn't make it as I always work on Saturdays. Saundays too, but thse are generally easier to get off.

If the meetup didn't go ahead, when would the net oen be do you think?

Cheers
