I have a hard time making friends and it bothers me, as a 30 yr old female I should have lots of friends but I don't. I'm afraid of coming out of my comfort zone.

Making friends is hard for me too. I don't fit in anywhere.

I'm a 57-year-old man who has very few friends.

And I'm not even a bad guy.....I guess I "should" have many friends.

I just "go with the flow," so to speak. It's better that way.

Well dang it,Krafty....you seem like an agreeable chap. No drama and no b.s. That's probably why you are alone more. People are attracted to drama.

There are plenty of drama queens in my area.

I take the wind out of their sails....

They definitely hate it when we don't feed into their crap.

Try to find a group that has the same interests as you. You may feel more comfortable talking to them because you already have a common ground. Also, people in volunteer groups tend be be more accepting and open in my experience.

Don't worry so much about "should."
