How many friends do you have?
I have absolutely no friends 28%  28%  [ 16 ]
Just my pets 17%  17%  [ 10 ]
I have 1-3 deep friendships with people I feel understand me 40%  40%  [ 23 ]

The way people who I thought were friends actually respond to me is clearly they're just tolerating me.

I send an old friend of mine a few texts just to let her know I value her friendship. It starts out nice and she shifts to more or less tell me that the past is the past and we can't dwell on it?!?!?! What in the actual goddamn mother f**k? I'm just trying to do the be vulnerable thing and let people know you value them and that's when she decides to throw in a little off-hand remark basically saying we were friends once upon a time but now...

Seriously no one is trustworthy. No one has a heart. Humanity is just an evolved predator that is kind to its young for evolutionary purposes but no one gives an absolute s**t about you.

Idk know if my friends are real friends. 2 is nice but oddly enough they are of one mind .
Other are buddies 1. Possibly 2 . Maybe 3. Under that definition

0. Reasons why it's currently zero:
-Had a previous friend turn very toxic against me last year. Had to leave for my own mental being.
-Social anxiety feels worse than ever.
-Prefer being alone.
-Easier to embrace being alone.

I understand. I feel how weird I come across to people now it just makes me feel embarrassed to be around them. Plus they're really just all the same version of the same thing over and over again I don't find it amusing to be around or pretend to find some common ground and forge a connection. There is basically no common ground. Why bother.
