Here's some stuff most people in my class are trying to force me to like:

Politics, music, dating, etc.

I'm too lazy to like politics. I find it boring most of the time. But I still want a good president for the USA (one who's better than Bush).

It's nearly impossible for someone to force me to like or do something. I can be considering doing something but if people try to pressure me into doing it, I won't. I suppose that's why peer pressure has always had the opposite effect on me.

All the time if my interests weren't so narrow. I feel like I should know what most ppl know in this competitive world. I can't even see how one gets excited about a challenge like that.

I'll try to get into an "important" subject and the same thing always happens, I lose interest and then forget about it.

All the time. My parents constantly stress on if I want to make friends I need to be intrested in what the other person is. But then how come they in return are never intrested in what I am?

Forced to pretend I like it, yeah. I still automatically pretend to like whatever is the topic. Then people invite me to things because they think we have something in common <groan>.

Yeah, colored people, homosexuals, feminists and atheists. If my independent observations and studies lead me to conclude that those are people I don't want in my life, why should I be forced to?? Some say they support free will. Come on, this is where the rubber meets the road, do you or don't you support free will?

I was taught to eat what was put on my plate, burnt or not. To this day I refuse to eat "Great Northern Bean Soup." My mother was not a "great cook".

Rap music. Once when I was 12, I told a girl that I didn't like rap music, and she said when I was 13, I would love it. I'm 16 and still hate it's guts :P

they are pressuring you, do not let them. Tell them you are not interested and advocate for yourself

My $8.50/hour job

Losing at games

Yes, but i'm always too stubborn to do what anyone else says.

My father tried to get me interested in slaughtering sheep when I was aged 7-10....I think thats one of the things that actually turned me to veganism.
