Only one way to deal with a bully. Punch them. In the head. Hard.

I can be very rude and sarcastic when I want to. I assure you, bullies give up when the victim is a deadpan snarker.

I've noticed sometimes blowing a bully off like they're not even worth your time can make them more persistent. It's like they not only want to mess with you, but now they're insulted so they up it a little. Sigh, cest la vie. I'm thinking of just straight up telling them to please stop. The guy's in his 40s for god sake, he needs to grow up.

Bullies vary in their tactics. I've had a bully like that before when I was in Year 7 and 8. He'd shove me when he walked past me during Recess. I ignored him multiple times and he kept on doing it. He even asked his friends to shove me as well. Eventually I told them to "STOP ANNOYING ME!" and they stopped.

These bullies are f*****g as*holes, they up the Ante until you crack. They like to pick on people who they think they can get away with it. You have to be assertive and respond to them, and not appear like a "doormat". If it's verbal bullying like excessive criticism, actively write down what they're saying so you can use the records if you wish to make a complaint in the future. If it's physical bullying, then YOU MUST REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY, DON'T WAIT!! !

And yes, this guy in his 40's needs to grow up, very much so. He must lead a pathetic, empty life to engage in such behaviour just to make himself feel more powerful and better about himself. as*hole.
