My emotional age tends to fluctuate...for one thing, I love stuffed animals and My Little Ponies, toy Cars, t - shirts with characters on them (I currently have shirts with Mater, Minnie Mouse and Pooh on them), but on the other hand, I live in the dorms at my University and deal with issues that come up there with very little outside assistance, and can solve my own problems for the most part.
On the other hand, I still don't drive, and I still enjoy watching the cartoons I enjoyed as a kid...like DragonTales and The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh...but in contrast with this, my tastes in animated films are very refined - I prefer films by Pixar and animators such as Don Bluth and movies like Watership Down, Rock and Rule, anything from Disney's Renaissance period like The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Tarzan, Mulan, etc. You know, movies that aren't afraid to get a little edgy. I have no patience for cheap, flashy stuff that's crappily animated and shamelessly panders to child audiences. I like Don Bluth's motto that "kids can handle anything in a movie as long as there's a happy ending."
My answer? I honestly don't know what my emotional age is...it seems to keep going up and down according the situation, if that makes any sense. lol
