That's very true. And that's when you learn things and find you're not alone :)

i've listened to alot of "girly" chat and normally it's rather boring to me. Who Brad Pitt is going to date next. How cute Orlando Bloom is. Complaining about how tired they are. ect... Sometimes they're topics will interest me but I won't know when to join in at the right time. It's kind of like playing jump rope. I'm staring at the revolving rope but I don't know when to jump in. I feel much better when I jump in at the right time. I mean my self-confidence really gets a boost.

Ah, yes, the fan girls. Am I the only one who wants to see a cage match between a hoard of Deppites and a group of Bloomies?

I actually like johnny depp because he is so awesome as an actor. His acting range is pretty wide. I watched Edward Scissorhands and then I watched Sleepy Hollow. It's hard to find girls who think johnny depp's acting skill is great. Now Orlando Bloom...well he's not as great as Johnny Depp that's for sure.

Girly chat is basically rubbish about rubbish. I don't really want a girlfriend when I'm older.

What about one who doesn't insist on girly chat; would you then feel differently?

(No that's not an offer, just to clarify. I was just wondering.)

I like girl talk, as long as it isn't about celebrities. When the conversation goes there, I either wander off, or make it clear I couldn't care less about celebrities.

I'm a girl and seldom have 'girly chats' with anyone. I find them rather tedious, to be honest.

Yeah. Too bad we're expected to do it. But there's also "boyish chat", which is boring too. The level of interestingness of a conversation isn't based only on sex.

OK, so my friend and I had, a couple of nights ago, what she described as a girly chat. It was, admittedly, quite a bit about guys - but it was about personalities of guys we know. Oh, and a lot of it was just reminiscing about the past two years. It was fun.

I'd rather talk about manly things like Diesel Trucks and Buses.
