I'm in Vallejo myself - I think it's about an hour from San Francisco?

The city is bankrupt. The school system sucks. My house has been broken into twice. Maybe I'm just biased.

That is true. both Fairfield and Vallejo are an hour away from SanFran, but that's depending on traffic.
