Creating something and putting it out there guarantees criticism. It is simply one of the things one must accept and deal with. People have opinions on things and not everyone will like something. I have encountered a variety of things across my life that I feel are just awful. Some people can be pretty nasty when they dislike a product. The anonymity of the internet tends to make people more daring.
