Anyone else have no friends?

I have a dog.

I don't really know how friends work once you have one, let alone how to make one. Like how do people do that.

I usually have a handful at best at any given time, oftentimes with more online. There are a lot of conflicts I run into in friendships, often scheduling problems, lack of interest, too much or too little in some area of personality, or lack of exposure to people. Recently I met someone I really liked, but they immediately wanted hours of my time to talk every day and I just couldn't do it.

I have one friend besides my girlfriend

This poll is flawed insofar that foreign speakers may answer yes as to say "I have no friends" because in their language the correct answer would be yes.

Having no friends is better than having abusive friends.

Don't have any friends that i visit much. Had 3 friends i often met, but then i lost my best friend. I often met my 2 other friends while visiting my best friend, so now i rarely meet them. But i have 2 brothers that i have close contact with, and also consider as friends aswell. And i often visit one of'em in the weekends. Not sure if i wan't more, cause i also need to have some privacy.

I only have two very, very distant friends.
