There's nothing wrong. Nobody is persecuting you. I actually kinda liked some of your Adventures of Erik Mouse stories... kinda. How many IRC ops, furry or not, do you know who will say "* You were kicked from #furry by Rask (I'm surprised you have the nerve to show your face around here. Get out.)" without having a very, very good reason for doing so? Chanops can be bastards sure, but that clearly was referring to a past offense that Erik never saw fit to mention.
Oh and finally... I don't know the whole story myself. I've only been silent witness in enough ways that it leads me to think this is a case of self-induced paranioa, and not external persecution. I could still be wrong though. All Erik has to do to prove that is provide the chat logs where it shows what he was doing to get banned by the ops.
