What does it mean when people do this?
i have to agree with sisterofaspie. sometimes you really do intend to call but lose the number or forget or something, i tens to wash pieces of paper in my pockets far too often. but sometimes you say it because it was fun at the time but it is kind of awkward after especially if you don't know the person very well. no it doesn't make sense and never will. many NT"s social skills are not that good either they just understand the rules of the game better.
