I often ignored the fact that we were supposed to do a task in groups of 2 or 3 people and did it on my own. That way, I was as fast as the chatbrains, and TEAM*workers. I only work in groups if the teacher assigns us this way.

* TEAM isn't an English word. It is a German abbreviation for: 'Toll, ein anderer macht's!' (great, someone else does/will do it)

I absolutely loathe group work. Unfortunately, more and more teachers and professors like it, particularly females. It seems an easy cop out for the instructor to fob off work by delegating it to students. Lecture for chrissakes, that's what you're paid for!

Yeah, that's the sad truth. Many teachers will always take the easy way out. Often it will hit rock-bottom to the point where you are doing their grading for them. NTs generally seem to work well in groups, so I guess we're basicly screwed.
