That one is jealous, in a twisted sort of way. Thinking is never a bad thing. He just doesn't want to make any effort, so I have to do it all. I, with my empathy deficit, need to figure you out because you can't meet me half-way.

Unless it criples you or makes you weaker, which is more often the case. That, and "God will never give you something that you can't handle." Maybe it's never happened to YOU, but what about the 800 Billion people who have died in the history of the world? I think that aspies should be careful not to interpret the Golden Rule too literally.

Remember, not everyone will wish things as you would.

It is more important to do unto others in the manner that you prefer others do unto you. Specifics are altered for differing people. Consider "respect" as a program-level command, and the person-specifics as a device-driver.

Really? Not in my case. In my case people just made fun of me because I was weird and had meltdowns, and people generally are embarrassed by the weirdo so they exclude them and laugh at them instead. Oh, and I used to have a really bad haircut.

what was nonsense is I read this thread title right after reading the thread where people were talking about golden showers, so the image I got was starkly different than the one you intended
