I suppose if you had ALL the traits of Antisocial personality disorder, that would be a problem. I think everyone can relate to a few of them

I'd say I share a few, though not to the degree they describe in the descriptions Sora posted.

1. Nope.
2. I've malingered to get out of school and work.
3. Sometimes I order things or throw things out impulsively and regret it. And I have done a bit of impulsive shop lifting, something I've rarely done and intend to never do again. But for actually going out and doing something, I usually have it planned for several hours or days.
4. I'm usually irritable when I'm somewhere I don't want to be or around someone/people I don't want to be around, but I'm not aggressive. I try not to be or act irritable, though it can be hard.
5. I've done silly stupid things, like kicked a ball in a crowd(Not intending to hit anyone but to see if I could kick it up over them), without warning anyone and accidentally hit someone(It was like a bouncy ball, couldn't really hurt anyone). I apologized and told them I didn't hit them intentionally and they could hit me with the ball if they wanted to, but they seemed to want something more. Which seems to be a common theme. But I've done this kind of stupid stuff very rarely.
6. Nope. Except maybe for the bit about malingering.
7. Nope. At least I don't think so. It's not so easy to share my feelings and I'm not exactly willing to put on a show of rending my shirt and tearing out my hair and wailing and groveling at their feet begging for forgiveness. But I do apologize when I hurt someone and they let me know, and I may not put on much of an outward show, but I've made changes to myself and I've beaten myself up for years over some of the pain I've caused others.

2. Deceitfulness, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure;
I think i fit this one, i can lie so quickly and naturally in a conversation that i sometimes don't realize 'till later that i did it.
3. Impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
to what point, an hour? a day? a week?
4. Irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults
does daily assaulting of other students qualify me for this? or being set off by minor things like being touched, or having my possessions touched?
5. Reckless disregard for safety of self or others;
does plotting to kill people qualify me?
7. Lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.
They all deserved it, they provoked me.

what do you know, 4 or 5 out of 7. Guess i should call that shrink, can't have me in the workforce like that!

Very true. Especially when applied to mental health professions who work with children. I am not sure what the obsession is but any child who visits a MHP is virtually guaranteed to come out labeled with some name or another that may not even be a true reflection of the child's condition - should they even have one. The best exmple is ADD - I have never never seen an ADD child who is not the product of poor parenting from whom both the child and parents who benefit from a swift kick in the pants. Apparently it is to politically insensitive for a MHP to say this to any parent so they label the child instead.

Not to mention the fact that most MHP's are happy to diagnose children with conditions in which they themselves are not experts in. That would be a bit like a motor mechanic trying to diagnose a problem on the space shuttle (actually that probably does happen which might explain why the space shuttles blow up).
